Submission

Submit your complaint or appeal via the online form, email at info@rockerr.com, or by post. Provide reference numbers, dates, inspector name, and supporting evidence.

We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours. The Quality Manager verifies whether the complaint relates to inspection activities and standard procedures under our scope.

03

Independent Investigation

To guarantee objectivity, we assign an independent investigator who was not involved in the original inspection. They review reports, calibration logs, and records impartially.

04

Resolution & Action

We document and communicate the formal outcome to you. If the complaint is valid, we execute appropriate corrective actions to improve our service consistency.

⚖️ Impartiality & Confidentiality Guarantee

In accordance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012, all complaints and appeals are treated with strict confidentiality. Investigators are independent of the inspection in question. The submission of a complaint will not result in any discriminatory actions against the complainant.
